Terms and Conditions of purchase from Gellert Health Solutions, LLC.

  1. To purchase from us you must be 18 year old. You confirm you are 18 or older and you must be a resident of the United States or Canada. In case of doubt we may delay shipment or ask for further proof.
  2. The products you buy from us via this site, by phone or otherwise as a consumer are for personal use only and are not intended or authorized for resale by you. Authorized resale is only conducted through retail channels vetted, approved and appointed under written reseller contracts.
  3. Neither Gellert Health Solutions LLC nor any of its employees, will be liable in any way for any loss,damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by you or claims made by you because of your use of this site to buy our products or any other mode of purchase or on account of your purchase and/or use of our products. We make no warranty of fitness of the products for a particular purpose or of merchantability apart from the guaranty set forth below and exclude all damages except through such guaranty and subject to its limits. This exclusion is subject to limits of applicable laws for consumer protection.
  4. Quoted prices of this site are subject to addition for shipping and handling (flat rate shipping by courier as posted on this site and handling at flat rate posted) but for orders of $ 60 or more with a single shipment the shipping and handling charges will be waived. Pricing and shipping policies are subject to change and will be those posted on our site at the time of order through this site, phone or by any other means.
  5. We offer a thirty (30) days from shipment satisfaction guaranty for end use consumers purchasing direct from us and for authorized retailers a thirty (30) day return policy and refund of price paid for goods returned of a shipment made in such period with a written statement of dissatisfaction and reasons with all units of our shipment returned by you, the original purchaser, in good and saleable condition except for no more than two units (tubes) having been opened for trying out. Returns by retailers are subject to a ___ % restocking charge. We will not refund shipping and handling charges, if any, paid by you on our shipment to you and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. This guaranty is subject to change and the format of it posted on this site at the time of order shall govern. No third party has benefit of this guaranty/return policy.

  7. These terms and conditions and all aspects of the underlying purchase/sale transaction are subject to the laws of the state of Massachusetts, USA and the provisions of the UN Convention on International Sale of Goods are excluded..
